Shipping Policy

 

We offer tracked services for International Special Delivery. (International Special Delivery is only offered within limited countries) 

As we despatch items we will email you the tracking number in a hyperlink to track your shipment. 

Should you have any problems accessing the tracking system please contact our customer service team and we will be happy assist you. 

If you chose Standard UK and international delivery or a priority delivery service then tracking is not provided as these are sent through a postal network. Special Delivery orders are sent by air and therefore we are unable to offer this service for any orders that include items Royal Mail deem to be dangerous goods, including perfumes and nail varnishes.  

We normally expect to despatch all orders within one working day, however in the run up to really busy periods like Christmas we may take up to 2-5 days for some orders due to the high volumes.  

For deliveries into Europe, in the rare event that you are charged import duty, our sitewill refund these charges, provided we are notified within 30 days of despatch.

We can only refund up to the total value paid for the order and all refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
